Nets vs. Clippers prediction: Best bets, pick against the spread, player prop on Sunday, Feb. 21 – DraftKings Nation

The Brooklyn Nets took down an Anthony Davis-less Los Angeles Lakers without Kevin Durant in their last game and will look to knock off another Western Conference powerhouse on Sunday. The Nets are set to take on the Los Angeles Clippers in hopes of extending their winning streak to six games. Here’s how we’re thinking about betting on the matchup on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Nets vs. Clippers, 8:00 p.m. ET, ESPN

Pick ATS: Nets +6.5

Brooklyn is one of the most polarizing teams in basketball. The Nets can beat some of the best teams in the league without being at 100 percent but also lose to mid-tier teams when completely healthy. The trio of James Harden, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Durant has unlocked some serious offensive potential, but the unreliability of the Nets’ defense is just as impressive. Durant is still recovering from a hamstring injury and won’t be able to help Brookly slow down Paul George and Kawhi Leonard. The Nets have already beaten the Clippers this month and Los Angeles has only taken down one team with a winning record in its last 10 games. I like the Nets’ momentum more than the Clippers’ home-court advantage. Brooklyn might not win, but I think it’s highly likely that the game will be decided by less than 10 points.
