With some exciting teams like the Nuggets, Nets and Warriors in action, let’s survey for some player props, totals and sides to take on DraftKings Sportsbook. Here’s what jumps out to me on DraftKings Sportsbook.
I just think there’s too much working in the Nuggets’ favor here. For starters, they’ve been in New York for a few days now after playing the Knicks, so not only will they be rested but they won’t have to deal with the fatigue that west coast teams deal with when flying east. Second of all, though the Nets saw the return of Kevin Durant against the Thunder in their last game, they not only lost but played awful defense. Brooklyn put forth its second-worst defensive game of the season, allowing 124 points per 100 possessions. After Brooklyn looked to be righting the ship on defense, Durant’s re-introduction to the starting five seems to have reverted the Nets back to their turnstyle ways. That type of defensive effort isn’t going to fly against an efficient offense like the Nuggets.
